Smoked duck with spiced pecans and local honey cream cheese

Wild mushroom, carmelized onion crostini with sage and smoked Heritage Farms gouda

Station 1:

Gamekeeper antipasto display with cured meat, olives, manchego cheese, Wendy’s pimento cheese, pickles, olives, spicy chow chow, GK mustard and grilled bread

Station 2:

Smoked trout dip with arugula, hearts of palm and horseradish with lavosh

Poached salmon with tomato, roasted corn relish

Station 3;

Grilled naan with brie, country ham pate, and rabbit sausage

Shrimp quesadillas with black beans, roasted corn and zuchini and spicy queso.
