5 course Thanksgiving Dinner $75.00 per adult $25.00 per child 12 years and under. Taking Reservations from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
2009 MENU
FIRST COURSE Butternut squash bisque with maple, ginger whipped cream
SECOND COURSE Mixed organic lettuces with dried fruit, vanilla, honey, thyme vinaigrette, crumbled Stilton and spiced pecans
ENTREES Beef tenderloin, grilled medium-rare, with golden chanterelle, thyme jus, and roasted garlic mashed new potatoes
Locally raised rainbow trout with lump crab stuffing, sun-dried tomato, caper cream sauce and green onion polenta
Osso buco style venison shank slowly simmered in a hearty tomato stew served over spinach risotto with rosemary gremolata
Grilled wild turkey with walnut, pear dressing, maple mashed sweet potatoes, cranberry relish and black mission fig glaze
DESSERTS Ultra rich flourless chocolate truffle cake with semi-sweet chocolate ganache and black cherry crème anglaise
Bourbon spiced pumpkin cheesecake with cinnamon, clove whipped cream
Warm caramelized cognac spiced local apples in puff pastry with caramel and Bailey’s ice cream
A gratuity of 20% will be added to the bill.
